Our mission & vision

Tailored Stays was founded in 2016 with one mission: to offer unrivalled corporate luxury serviced apartments in Cambridge, with a relentless focus on customer service, delivering the best quality properties in the most desirable locations, and continuously reducing our carbon footprint and environmental impact.
We understand our role in ensuring we operate ethically and sustainability. Tourism and business travel plays a burden on our planet and that’s why we are working continuously as an organisation to remove single use plastic and operate as a carbon neutral business, whilst still delivering the luxury serviced apartments in Cambridge at a competitive price.
We are also proud to work hard with our supply chain to try and ensure as many of our products as possible are produced and manufactured locally, ensuring we continue to support the local economy and independent businesses that make Cambridge such a charming city.

It’s really important to the Tailored Stays team that we support the local economy, and independent businesses that makes the city such a charming place to visit. As a city, we have such an incredible array of crafts and skills, so we have partnered up with several local businesses and suppliers to incorporate as many of these into our apartments as possible.
Our team are also well equipped to recommend great places to visit and eat whilst staying in Cambridge.

Supporting the wider community

As a business established in Cambridge, we want to make sure we give back to the community which has supported us. Which is why you will find us participating in local charity events, fundraisers, and initiatives across the city. All our staff also have one giving back day a year where they can spend the day working with a charity or fundraising initiative of their choice.
